• Congratulations to the Senior Speechmaking team of Mary Howie, Kathryn Young, Gavin Ireland and Robert Dykes who were placed 1st at the West Area Competition they will go forward to compete at the National Competition at Fort William. Robert Dykes was also awarded best speaker overall.
  
• Further Congratulations to our Drama team of Jennifer Bryson, Steph Merry, Raymond Crerar and Andrew Ireland who were placed 1st at the Ayrshire Drama Competition, Jennifer was awarded best actress, Andrew best actor and Steph best first time performer. They will compete at the West Area Competition in March.
  
• Congratulations to the Football team of John Cousar, Jim Dykes, Willie Dunlop, Billy Morton, Ross McQueen, John Strawhorn and Gavin Ireland who won the National Football Competition on Sunday 8th February.
  
• Further Congratulations to David Kerr & Stuart Templeton who were placed 1st at the Ayrshire Go-Karting Competition which was also on the 8th February, Alan Smith & Andrew Ireland who were placed 2nd and Jamie Welsh & Ross Wilson who were placed 5th.
  
• The results of these competitions was a fantastic achievement, and thanks goes to everyone involved.
  
• We are approaching the end of what has been a fantastic year for the club, the final event will take place at the National Competitions Weekend on the 21st and 22nd February, at Fort William, where we have people competing in the 10 Pin Bowling, Speechmaking and Member of the Year Competitions.
  
• The AGM will take place on Monday 2nd March at Craigie Village Hall at 7.30pm.
